Payments

Online Payments can be done by:

  1. Credit Card
  2. Debit Card
  3. Net banking
  4. UPI Payments ( Google Pay, PayTM etc)

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of check out.

If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made but you have never created an account or signed up, In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc.  Kindly also check if your internet connection has been disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days.

 

Refund Policy

Cancellation by Site / Customer

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot, i.e, before the product gets dispatched for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service or directly on the website.

  In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order as a Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases. 

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion can cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
